3 Ways Brand Photography Will Save You Time in the New Year

I think one of the best perks about brand photography is the amount of time your save in your business. Because if you think about it, most of the content we produce includes photos whether that be on Instagram, Facebook, blog posts or any other type of platform. So if we already have photos to work with, it just makes things a lot simpler!

Here are just a few ways brand photography will save you time in the new year:

Build your content library

Do you ever find yourself scrolling through the photo gallery on your phone, hoping to find a decent image to post on social media? Because maybe there’ll be some magical photo buried deep in the archives that you’ve totally forgotten about? Right?

3 Ways Brand Photography Will Save You Time in the New Year

Yeah, I’ve been there too. And I know all too well that those magical photos just don’t exist.

This is why I’ve come to love brand photography. I never have to spend those 5-10 minutes scrolling through my phone only to find nothing to post. I know 5-10 minutes might not seem like a lot but, if you’re doing that almost every day, that time adds up

With brand photography, you’ll always have a photo gallery full of on-brand content right at your fingertips, so when it comes time to post, you’ll never be scrambling to find the perfect image. LIFE SAVER.

Plan your social media calendar

Girls, I have to confess something. I’m not always the best when it comes to planning ahead (at least when it comes to social media/blog content). I’m usually more of your in-the-moment type of gal. But a goal of mine for the new year (and for every other time of the year) is to start getting things on the calendar.

Because I know for a fact that making a social media calendar, aka content that’s scheduled and ready to go, is going to save me SO. MUCH. TIME.

But, ladies, creating a social media calendar isn’t fun if you don’t have any images to work with (believe me, I’ve been there)! And, if you’re anything like me, writing a great caption isn’t easy when you don’t have a great photo to go off of! This is another reason why brand photography is the key to saving you time!

3 Ways Brand Photography Will Save You Time in the New Year

Brand photography makes the social media calendar process simple! Just choose a category to focus on each day of the week, pick a photo that fits that category, and pair it with an engaging caption!

Once you have your calendar ready you can spend a lot less time and energy worrying about what to post and more time engaging with your followers and building relationships!

Always have a headshot on-hand

Has anyone asked you to send a headshot photo of yourself whether it’s for an event, social media post, podcast graphic, or other type of content? I have a feeling most of you have! And if not, YOU WILL

During brand photoshoots, I always capture a few really solid headshots for my clients so they have easy access to a great photo of themselves where they’re looking professional and smiling at the camera.

3 Ways Brand Photography Will Save You Time in the New Year

Having a few headshot photos on hand, that you actually love, is going to save you so much time and headache. And you won’t feel self-conscious because you know it’s a quality photo where you felt and looked your absolute best!

Okay, I hope you enjoyed these 3 ways brand photography will save you time in the new year. I seriously cannot express enough how great it is to have custom photos on-hand that you absolutely love and that you know your customers and clients will love as well!
